Every customer has the right to return the purchased products within 14 days. The postage costs in both directions are at the expense of the buyer. The goods must not have been used. If you received a gift with the order, you must return the gift as well. Swimwear, underwear and underwear accessories are not returned and exchanged, in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, Art. 48, Paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 and Art. 49, Paragraphs 1 and 2, in accordance with Art. 47, Paragraphs 8, 9 and 11, Art. 48, Paragraphs 1 and 2 and Art. 49, Paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
