Every customer has the right within 14 days of receiving the goods to return them. Postage costs in both directions are at the customer's expense. The goods must not have been used. If you received a gift with your order, you must also return the gift. Swimwear and underwear are not subject to return or exchange, according to PPE Art. 48 para. 1, 3 and 4 and Art. 49 par. 1 and 2, in accordance with Art. 47 par. 8, 9 and 11, Art. 48 para. 1 and 2 and Art. 49 par. 1, 2 and 4 of ZLZ.
